Step 1 : Locate and press the “Settings” icon in your iPhone.
Step 2 : Select ‘’Mail’’.
Step 3 : Select Add account.
Step 4 : Then Choose Others
Step 5 : Enter the Name, Email address, and Email password of the email account you’re adding and click on Next.
Step 6 : Select protocol type: IMAP or POP based on your requirement.
Step 7 : Enter your Incoming Mail Server settings. Enter the Host Name, Username and Password for the Incoming Mail Server.
Step 8 : Enter your Outcoming Mail Server settings. Enter the Host Name, Username and Password for the Outcoming Mail Server.
Step 9 : If you use IMAP, you can enable the following services:
(i) Mail
(ii) Notes
Click Save and wait while the system completes necessary checks.
Step 10 : Click on Save and the account is validating the username and password. If all settings are correct the email account will be configured in your iPhone..
Step 11 : Close the Mail application and open again. The emails are started to sync after the successful authentication.
